Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be altered or canceled. All orders will be delivered directly to your home or PO box. Exchange or Return of Goods
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you can exchange it as long as it is in brand new condition and undamaged.
To initiate the exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return address where you can send the item.
If the new item has a different price, we will either refund you or provide a simple method to pay the price difference. Kindly note that we do not cover the cost of return shipment, but we will ship the new product to you free of charge.
